In order to accelerate our leadership position in the rapidly evolving and high growth social activity advertising space, appssavvy seeks a Product Manager/Director who will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle of our:

THE DAY TO DAY
  • Conceive, define, and release new product features that increase the value of our Social Activity Platform.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and proactive understanding of the online advertising marketplace as it pertains to monetizing social activity across web and mobile social applications.
  • Work cross functionally in defining, designing and wire framing detailed functional product requirements and specifications.

Ad Operations Analyst/Manager New York, NY

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Ad Operations Analyst/Manager will be responsible for ensuring that optimal network performance and yield are achieved on our social activity network campaigns, inventory management, assisting with new partner onboarding, and providing analysis and recommendations to close the feedback loop to various internal departments. This is a newly created role at appssavvy and is a unique opportunity for an individual to have a significant impact on a new and successful business model. This role will not only be the main point of contact for inventory analysis and optimization on the social activity network, but they will be critical in continuing to shape the surrounding business rules and processes as this ad product evolves.  The Ad Operations Analyst/Manager will work closely with Sales Planning, Business Development, Product Marketing, Ad Operations, and Finance on a day-to-day basis. This position is a hybrid of analyst, inventory manager, as well as campaign yield manager, and requires a unique combination of technical skill and understanding with intuitive business insight and strategic thinking.
 
THE DAY TO DAY
  • Responsible for social activity network reports including daily, weekly, and monthly requests.
  • Monitor campaigns daily and optimize as needed across the network to achieve maximum performance and yield.
  • Assist day-to-day servicing needs of clients including campaign trafficking, reporting, and follow up with any additional requests
  • Ensure campaigns launch on time and are fully executed according to the Insertion Order
  • Optimize campaigns across the network for both revenue and performance.
  • Work to ensure that each assigned campaign delivers in-full and contract revenue potential is fulfilled
  • Perform pre-launch and live QA for all network campaigns across all supported platforms, ensuring that ads load and behave properly, that click-through is functional, and that both clicks and conversions are reporting correctly in all relevant ad servers
  • Continue to define and refine trafficking and QA requirements for the network and implement new processes and policies to support these
  • Take internal project and reporting requests from VP of Operations as needed
  • Provide inventory information on a regular basis to various internal departments including business development, product, sales planning and traffic.

  • Onboard new Publishers and assign to targets within the network and on the ad server.
 
WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of trafficking, yield management, optimization, and/or network analysis experience preferred.
  • Possess a strong understanding and interest in Internet advertising and the social media space
  • DART (and other 3rd party ad servers like Atlas, 24/7 OAS, Valueclick) experience preferred; OAS is a plus

Sales Development Manager New York, NY


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
We’re looking for a social activity go-getter for a Sales Development Manager position based in our Soho, NY offices. Reporting to the Sales Development Directors and working closely with appssavvy Sellers from across the country, you will be responsible for developing compelling proposals, promoting the value of social activity advertising and our adtivity platform to clients and agencies.
 
Additionally, you will play a vital campaign management role, and will be the central point throughout the life of a campaign, from pre-launch through final campaign wrap up reports. You will work closely with the Creative team in creating breakthrough, effective ads and manage the logistics of campaign execution. You will also work hand-in-hand with the Ad Operations team to manage pacing and make recommendations to improve performance through optimization.
 
This person will be detail oriented, project focused, and will have the ability to prioritize between multiple campaigns and steps while managing client expectations and internal stakeholders. We are looking for a committed and bright individual that is passionate about solving problems and marketing challenges, has a strong interest in social media, and thrives in a team environment. THE DAY TO DAY
  • Daily interaction with clients/agencies, sellers, and internal stakeholders
  • Work directly with Sales Development Director and Sellers to create proposals and media plans promoting the adtivity platform and aligned to client objectives
  • Attend and sometimes lead internal and external kick-off meetings for proposal opportunities and campaign execution
  • Responsible for maintaining all Salesforce data throughout the pre-sale and post-sale process
  • Work with Sales Development Director to manage implementation of campaign research studies for clients and for external purposes (ie: Case Studies)
  • Proactive daily analyses, campaign tracking and campaign optimization recommendations with Ad Operations, as appropriate

  • Bachelor's Degree

Strategic Partnership Manager New York, NY

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
appssavvy is seeking a Strategic Partnership Manger to be based in either our NYC or SF office to be an internal champion for our partners and to be responsible for the day to day management of key partnerships. The Strategic Partnership Manager will be a main point of contact for partners and will work closely with the Director, Strategic Partnership Management and internal stakeholders to ensure that overall business goals/plans are being met, to raise issues, and to make recommendations in order to make the partnership successful. This position reports into the Director, Strategic Partnership Management.
 
THE-DAY TO-DAY
  • Gain a deep understanding of each partner’s overall business strategy and their goals in the partnership with appssavvy.
  • Understand the sellable social activities of current partnerships.
  • Work closely with Sales Engineering to on-board new partners quickly and efficiently.
  • Develop partnership management plans and ensure that all parties, both internal and external, understand and abide by the agreed upon deliverables.
